It is a beautifully rendered digital cake card. No physical cake, food item, or printed card is shipped.
Is it free?
Verified members receive the complimentary member send allowance shown in the bakery. No payment details are needed for those sends. After the allowance is used, any available price and promo-code option appear before secure checkout.
Why do I need an account?
A password-free account verifies your email, protects your complimentary allowance, and lets us show how many sends remain. You can finish customizing before signing in, and your in-progress design stays in place during sign-in.
How does the recipient get it?
We email the recipient a private link to their reveal page. You also receive a confirmation copy at the sender email you provide.
Can I schedule delivery?
Yes. Choose “Send today” for delivery in moments or select a future date and choose whether the time follows your local clock or the recipient’s.
How long is the card available?
The private hosted cake card remains available for 30 days after delivery.
Do you subscribe recipients to marketing?
No. The recipient email is used to fulfill the card delivery you request, not to enroll them in marketing.
Can I change a card after I send it?
No. Once you send a card, it cannot be changed, stopped, or recalled. Please check the design, message, recipient details, and delivery time carefully before sending.
What does the recipient see?
The recipient opens a private browser link, chooses whether to begin with music or quietly when music is available, watches any personal story scenes, and then sees the finished cake card and your note.
Can the recipient send me a thank-you note?
Yes. After opening their cake card, the recipient can choose “Write a thank-you” beneath your message, write a personal note, and choose a decorative flourish. We email the thank-you back to you and send a copy to the recipient. No account is needed, and they can send one thank-you per cake card.
Can I personalize the reveal and music?
Yes. Arrange personal story scenes and choose the final background. The bakery automatically matches instrumental music to your cake style and occasion, and the Baker also considers the feeling of your brief. Listen in the live preview, choose another piece from the music library, or select No music. Your recipient hears the same recording you chose and can open the card quietly.
Can I send a cake card internationally?
Digital delivery can work wherever the recipient’s email provider accepts the message and they can open the private link. For scheduled cards, choose whether delivery time follows your time zone or the recipient’s.
